Fluente Academy was born from late-night planning sessions, coffee-fueled conversations, and a passion to reimagine language learning. From teaching just a few students to now guiding learners across the globe — our journey is rooted in purpose, empathy, and lifelong learning.

Meet the Founders
Arshiya Arora (Co-founder)
[SIELE-certified Spanish Trainer]
Arshiya began her Spanish journey in 2021, and today she teaches learners across the globe — including India, Dubai, South Africa, Singapore, Canada, and Australia.
She is currently teaching PYP Spanish within the IB curriculum and continues to deepen her expertise in the International Baccalaureate framework. Her diverse teaching experience spans ages 7 to 50, and includes everyone from young CEFR learners, to IB students in South Africa, to a CA in Singapore learning Spanish for business communication.
Certified by SIELE, Arshiya trains students from beginner to B2 level, helping them build fluency, pass official exams, or prepare for academic success. Her classes are known for their perfect balance of structure, warmth, and real-world relevance — making Spanish not just easy to learn, but a joy to speak.

Aishwarya has been teaching English since 2019, empowering learners across the globe to speak with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
With a strong specialization in IELTS preparation and Business English for professionals, she has supported a wide spectrum of learners — from students aiming for top IELTS band scores, to working professionals enhancing their communication in global workplaces, to adults breaking free from the fear of speaking in English.
Her sessions are known for being practical, energizing, and highly personalized, with a consistent focus on real-world application and lasting confidence.
Aishwarya’s warm, motivating style makes every learner feel seen and supported — helping them not just improve their English, but believe in their voice.
