Fluente Academy was founded by Aishwarya Arora with one simple goal: progress without pressure. We bring together real classroom experience, a student-first approach, and a global perspective built from teaching learners across India, Dubai, and beyond.

Aishwarya Arora

Aishwarya Arora is the Founder and Lead Trainer at Fluente Academy. She is a Communication Specialist with a C2 Proficiency level in English-the highest level on the CEFR scale. Before stepping into education, she built a distinguished corporate career at Citibank Singapore, KPMG Bangalore, and a Swiss-based startup: she now brings that real-world professional experience into every session she teaches.

 

A lifelong orator, Aishwarya left the corporate world with one clear purpose: to help people find their voice. Her teaching blends structure, warmth, and professional precision, turning hesitant speakers into confident, articulate communicators who can hold their own in any room, anywhere in the world.
